An original, powerful, good mood rock band from San Juan, Puerto Rico. A melding of hard rock n roll with contemporary beats, Caribbean rhythms, and more describes Red Tiger’s unique sound. This Puerto Rican rock band, composed of Red Latú, Alejandro Figueroa, Alexis Pérez, and Andres Correa, has been in the rock scene since 2005. In 2014, Red Tiger relocated themselves from Puerto Rico to Houston, TX. The group has been sharing the stage with veteran rock bands like The Foundry (Iron Maiden, Twisted Sister, Black Symphony, and Disturbed band members), KIX, Marzi Montazeri from (Philip H. Anselmo and the Illiegas / Exhorder), Krokus, and Sebastian Bach in some of the most iconic stages in the City of Houston, Texas, like the House of Blues, White Oak Music Hall, Fitzgeralds, Rockefeller's, The Concert Pub, Warehouse Live and Dirty Dog Bar in Austin, TX. In 2016, the band won the Harley Davidson's Battle of the band winning $5,000 and exposing themselves to a whole new scene in Houston. In Puerto Rico, they have shared the stage with iconic rock bands such as Poison, Slaughter, Fire House, and White Lion, serving as opening acts to their appearances on the Island in some of the most iconic stages in the City of San Juan, like "El Coliseo Roberto Clemente" and the Historical landmark “El Cuartel de Ballajá”.
The band has released three previous full-length studio albums: Red Tiger (2010), Alive and Still Believing (2014), Evolution [Live from Wire Road Studios, Houston, TX] (2018), and Evolution [Remastered] (2020), showcasing their evolution and musical growth over the years. Each album has displayed a unique sound and lyrical depth, captivating audiences with their emotive performances and innovative compositions.
Right Now! Red Tiger is promoting their album "Die Another Day” (2024), a dynamic collection of 12 tracks recorded at Wire Road Studios in Texas and Highway Recording Studios in Puerto Rico.
