The band is resuming work on their upcoming 4th studio album.
RED TIGER originally intended to record demos in San Juan, Puerto Rico with producer Alexis Pérez and songwriter Vicky Card. Because of the pandemic, most of the work so far had been done remotely with Alejandro Figueroa taking part via Zoom.
Earlier this week, RED TIGER announced in an interview with podcast NUCLEO ROCK (Denver, Colorado) that they have finally been able to come together as a band and work on the new album in a more traditional way.
In the interview, Drummer ALEJANDRO FIGUEROA said: "When we finished the tour in Texas for Evolution on October 2019, we planned to take a few months off then return to the studio and start recording pre-productions work for the 4th album… but because of the pandemic we had to stop.
Frontman RED LATú recently told ROCK EN ACCION TV (El Salvador) that the goal of this new album is to bring the best of both studios into the new album. The Evolution Tour opened a door of possibilities, ideas, and tools that we've never had before… we have gained a lot of experience personally and professionally that definitely will impact this new album at a whole new level.
This will be the bands' fourth full-length studio album since recording “Evolution” live at Wire Road Studio, Houston TX, with Andy Bradley in 2018 and [Remastered] in 2020 at Highway Recording Studio by Alexis Pérez. The first two albums 'RED TIGER' (2010) and Alive and Still Believing (2014) were recorded, mixed, and mastered in Arecibo, Puerto Rico at Highway Recording Studio.
